Throughout our stay, the hotel room consistently upheld impeccable standards of cleanliness and comfort, exemplifying excellence in every aspect. However, the efficacy of the soundproofing was lacking, and the amalgamated beds frequently disassembled, detracting from an otherwise pleasant experience. Moreover, regrettably, instances of cockroach sightings were noted within both the room and the restroom, diminishing the overall satisfaction with the accommodation.

The breakfast buffet spread was nice. The room service is good, cleanliness and staff were courteous. There was a open space in the restaurant which can be enjoyed for having dinner in open garden.

it was my first time to use this hotel. Staffs were very kind and care for the guests. Check in and check out takes minimum time. Enjoyed breakfast and room is clean and neat. Bed also very comfortable. It was beyond my expectation.

Breakfast spread was excellent. Indian breakfast was very good and quick service. Western counter was good too. Loved it. The staff and cooks were very responsive. The seating arrangement could be slightly better during peak period but we were okay.

Firstly , it was one of my good stay with ibis and we always prefer ibis stays because the staff behaviour especially this time luyia (not remember her name exactly) has helped a seamless check in and assisted the process very helpful and never to forget the security gaurds especially shamil this time too good.

The Reception staffs during check in and check out were really friendly. The checkin process was simple and quick. Room cleanliness was exceptional with anytime available room service
